Select your existing Get a Quote page or create a new page for your form:

Go to Elements panel and add an IFrame element and paste your Lead Form embed code into Embed Doc field:

You can grab your Lead Form embed code from wiz lead form page:

Resize the form to match your layout:

Optionally do any customizations on your form from Wiz lead form page. There is no need to update the embed code for changes you do on the Wiz lead form settings.

Save & Publish your changes on Cheetah website builder and preview your form:
