Note: On the proposal send panel you can send your proposal with Email and SMS with one click. This guide covers the cases where you want to manually send a link to the proposal through a different channel or manually with an email or text.

Click "Send" above the proposal:

You can then copy the link to the proposal and send it to a customer in any channel you need (email, sms, messenger, whatsapp etc.)

Sending an invoice is also similar. You can copy the link from Send panel:

Note: When you send proposals or invoices manually with using the links, they won't be marked "Viewed"
