In this video, we will show you how to use services on canned proposals, and auto-populate approved services on invoices.
You can add a new canned proposal by going to "Proposals", then "Manage canned proposals", and selecting "Add new". In the canned proposal editor, add a solution then you can either create a new service or use a custom one by clicking “add custom service”. You can create multiple solutions and allow the client to select multiple services together.
After creating your canned proposal, you can go to the project that you want to add it to. Once added to the project, the canned proposal will populate all the services automatically. If the client approves the proposal, the chosen services will be marked as approved, and the unselected ones will be crossed out.
Finally, you can proceed to invoicing the project. If you set up your proposals with services as we demonstrated here, the approved services on the project can auto-populate as line items on your invoice, which will save you from the hassle of manually separating them.
