If you are having trouble logging in to your Tint Wiz account, go to the login page at https://tintwiz.com/login and click "Recover Here" link:
Enter your account email address and you will receive the link via email in a few minutes:
The password reset link expires after 12 hours. If you do not quickly receive an email from Wiz, check your spam filters, contact your organization's email administrator for troubleshooting suggestions or contact Wiz Support via Livechat.
Changing Your Password
If you are logged in to the app, go to settings from your user menu at the top right:
Select Security option from settings page:
You will be prompted to enter your new password twice:
After changing your password, make sure you are using the correct password on your other devices by logging out and logging in again with the new password.
